I really enjoyed living here! The condo-style layout made the apartment feel much more like a home than a typical apartment. It was spacious, comfortable, and offered a nice amount of privacy. I especially appreciated having the extra space and the residential feel of the community.
The property was quiet, well maintained, and in a great location. Management was friendly and responsive, and any maintenance needs were handled quickly. It was a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I would... definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the convenience of apartment living with more of a condo or home-like feel.

Perfect apartment homes
These apartments are immaculate and a great location. Loved walking to Bubba’s for ice cream! Nicely updated units. It certainly is a great place to call home, definitely recommend. Sadly I was relocated for work or I would’ve stayed forever!

Wow…feels like your own home.
When looking for a new place I was hopeful that I could find nice people and something that lived up to online pictures. I can say that both of these “hopes” were easily satisfied. Easy going / attentive professionals running private entry apartments that are updated and feel like your own home. Highly recommend.

Beautiful units and Excellent Management
I have lived here for almost 10 years and would never rent anywhere else!! These apartments are beautiful - big bedrooms, lots of cabinets, closets and storage, updated kitchens and bathrooms, and the manager is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Outdated, Unprofessional management
The manager, who appointed herself to manage the leading side of her family’s business, is extremely unprofessional. Reviews on another rental site are eye-opening.
The units are beautiful but outdated—tiny bathrooms, no closet space, and massive heaters sitting in the middle of bedroom closets.
Applications are done on paper, and she picks whoever she deems the “best fit” rather than following application order, raising ethical concerns. This drags out the process to two weeks instead of... 24–48 hours. I can’t imagine how many people pay for applications that are never even considered—she tells you it’s rented after you apply, after pushing you to apply. I’d consider this to be not just extremely unprofessional and against fair housing, but also fraudulent behavior.

Our apartments are spacious and updated, with white interiors,... stainless steel appliances, and quartz or granite countertops.
Our applications are completed electronically through an app, not on paper, and are processed and considered on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are also typically processed the same day.
Because several details in this review do not match our community or our rental process, we respectfully ask that you confirm you are reviewing the correct property and stating the correct information before making serious and false accusations regarding our management practices.
