The maintenance team here at Brookfield Reserve are excellent. They are super friendly and we have never had an issue that wasn’t promptly taken care of by the team.

Brookfield Reserve has been a great community in which to reside over the past several years. The building is generally well maintained and the staff are responsive.

I love living at Brookfield Reserve I just wish the rent would not increase every year and the tv's would be in good working order.

Move in was simple and were very happy with our new apartment so far! The management team has been very helpful in answering any questions we’ve had, and we can’t wait to explore some of our amenities!

I love living at Brookfield Reserve, for many reasons. The great location, I like my nice apartment, the staff is so nice and they do a wonderful job of maintaining the property. My only issue is with the TV’s in the fitness rooms. In the main room neither TV works, one hasn’t worked in over a year and the other hasn’t worked in at least 6-7 months. In the “yoga” room, therefore, the “fitness on demand” program hasn’t worked in months, either. It is nice to watch sports when working out, or... something that can be viewed without sound.
