I have lived at Village Glen Apartments going on 3 years and they are a great place to live. The apartment I moved into was immaculate and I have never had any issue with maintenance. If I have a problem with anything they are addressing it within a day or less. The grounds are maintained beautifully. The management has always been helpful and courteous and my neighbors are great. I would recommend checking them out. Good location and close to lots of stores and restaurants.

From spacious floor plans to friendly office staffing, Village Glen in Beaver Dam is a wonderful place. Housing is affordable for the area, and the location is adjacent to shopping, restaurants, and much more. Our apartment was in excellent shape upon move in, and all of our neighbors are friendly. The complex is also very quiet which is a plus! We highly recommend Village Glen to those relocating to the area.

These apartments are great for any age group from college students to a family of two children. Each apartment has its own private entry and washer and dryer. Village Glen also includes a dish washier and a microwave. The yard is always nicely cut during the spring and summer, and during the winter side walks and parking spots are always plowed. Each apartment has one garage and its own parking spot. Another good thing about this place is that it is animal friendly. One thing you need to watch... for is that the land lord is known for finding reasons to keep your deposit. Make sure if you have a family or animals do not damage anything; use other things for your walls besides nails, and make sure before you move in, run through the apartment to make sure everything is okay, if not make sure you tell them verbally and have it written on paper.

Seriously save yourself a big hassle and DO NOT move into there apartments. We have paid our rent on time for over two years and we all of a sudden got a letter saying we are being evicted due to non-payment of rent for the amount of $ that does not equal how much our rent is. We tried calling WG Management with no return phone and we were not able to leave a message as the mailbox was full. We then tried calling the direct number to Village Glen apartments and that number was disconnected. The... letter told us our rent would DOUBLE EACH DAY until paid.
