These apartments were built in the early 70’s and the property management isn’t big on updating all of its units. Worn out carpets ugly dark painted over cabinets and cracked bathroom floor tiles not to mention plumbing issues. Expect to have your rent raised every two years or when the cost of living goes up.

I've been living here for approximately 4 years and never had a real problem until this year. I've had packages delivered and the boxes were opened and empty, someone is putting aluminum foil over my peep whole and this time someone opened my package of $70.00 knives and took the big Ninja knife and left the smaller one, then put there old knife in like they're the same. Then they put a 4 pack of earrings in the box with the brand new small knife and the big old knife from their kitchen. I love living here! The layout is great for my family and Office and maintenance are always very friendly and helpful!
