These apartments are not that bad on the inside, but the old couple that manages the complex are hard to get a hold of and very rarely in the office. I put in a work order for something broken over 2 weeks ago and I'm pretty sure they forgot about it because the husband does all the work himself. Aside from the fact that it's in a convenient location I wouldn't recommend living here.

I'm sorry this tenant felt this way. There are times that things have to be done according to importance & depending on what needed to be done this work order might have been pushed back & if it was in the summer with the busy time being May to Aug... that is when we are extremly busy doing move outs & turnovers of apts. We do always try to get things done in a timely manner, plus I only work part time in the office, but do return all of my messages.
