It works.

My biggest complaint here is not really the complexes fault: there are many, many, many families with many, many, many children (and I'm allowed to complain about that because I have 1!) who roam the parking lot unsupervised, often screeching and/or running in front of cars. So that's pretty annoying. Also forget about using the pool, because those families of 12 hang out with eachother, and if you get two or three of them in there at one time (see also: every day), it's basically their pool... party. The management staff is super responsive, though! There's also a lot of parking, it seems. I also love being within walking distance to Safeway, though the apartment complex next door (Quail Run) has some loud and obnoxious types. If you're unlucky enough to be near that side of the complex, you'll overhear a lot of that.
