Happy to call NW 99 home!

We were looking for new construction because I am sensitive to molds and mildews that are pretty pervasive in the PNW. I am fragrance sensitive too and most places we looked into had heavy fragrances being sprayed in the common areas. We found NW 99, and, after viewing and talking with the property manager, Austin, excitedly applied. We moved in 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier with our decision! Besides those two main checks for us, we love it here for so many reasons like: the modern look,... the spacious bathroom with a full tub, the high ceilings and ceiling fan for good air flow, the big, bright windows, no carpets to catch dust, the lovely wood colors, the landscaping, the location for commuting, and the property manager who has been awesome to work with. For us, its a perfect package!

Finally, a place for me to call home!

We are so so happy we discovered NW 99 apartments! I have mold illness and just cannot live in older buildings, even only a few years old, because most people, sadly, aren't knowledgeable about prevention. I am also fragrance sensitive. We looked into several new apartment buildings in the Vancouver area and NW 99 is the only new build we found that does not spray strong fragrances in the halls and common areas! And our experience with Austin was wonderful. Talk about a genuine person who is so... easy to communicate and work with! We moved in two weeks ago and we couldn't be happier. Here is (most of) our happy checklist: no mold, beautiful, brand new building, big, bright windows and high ceilings, ceiling fan for good air flow (so helpful!), spacious bathroom with a full tub, no unnecessary fragrance, brand new washer and dryer in each apartment, central and perfect location for commuting, beautiful landscaping, no carpets that trap dust, modern, open feel, secured entry, air conditioning being placed in each apt... the list goes on! After many years of struggling to find a place to live that is safe for me, I am finally enjoying a clean and beautiful living space. Thank you Austin and NW 99!
