Lots and lots of mold in the units. I lived in 2 units in my 4 years there. Management left me without a washing machine for 4 months. Can never get ahold of anyone in the office. I got tired of it after 4 years of non stop appliance break downs and weeks before anyone would be available to even check it out. I was told my fridge breaking down didn’t count as an emergency, lost over $1,000 worth of food and had to wait over a week for a new one to be brought in. The old management was pretty on... top of it. And then they left and now they can’t keep anyone in the office. I ended up leaving and I haven’t had any health issues since being gone but was constantly ending up with back to back upper respiratory infections and breathing problems. The whole bathroom was smothered in black mold and you could smell it but the office refused to do anything about it besides have someone come paint over it. The staircases and outside walls are covered in mold. Right outside your front door if you look up, all black mold. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ANIMALS AND/OR KIDS !!!!

I moved in 8 years ago. I’m tenant 98!
They used to keep the clean no trash or cigarette butts… but not anymore. You used to be able to rent out the office for family get togethers… but not anymore. The pool used to be open from Memorial Day to Labor Day… now it’s when they feel like it. There’s a drug dealer who has the homeless staying with him or sleeping in their car in the parking lot all the time. I have a family as my upstairs neighbor they don’t sleep and they’ll have loud arguments just out side my bedroom window in the... middle of the night… waking us up. Also they don’t even know what an ashtray is and throw their cigarette butts down everywhere. Lastly office is closed all the time and when you call as a resident with a complaint no answer and no you can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. If your not desperate I wouldn’t try renting here.

Meadow Crest Apartments
I love my apartment. The management is amazing. Its a clean, quiet and affordable place to live. Nice pool area with newly remodeled club house. The apartments are very specious and have walk in closets. I recommend checking these places out.
