Lease Terms

12-month lease required
$1,000 refundable security deposit (includes a $300 holding deposit)

$300 non-refundable administrative fee due at move-in
Water/Sewer/Garbage: $40/month (1-bedroom) or $70/month (2-bedroom)
Pet-Friendly Community

We welcome up to 2 pets per home (cats or small dogs under 35 lbs.).

Pet fees include:

$500 refundable pet deposit per pet
$250 non-refundable pet fee per pet
Monthly pet rent based on Pet Screening results

All applicants with pets must complete a Pet Profile. Assistance animal accommodation requests and "No Pet/Animal" profiles are free of charge.
