The management company has too many properties to watch after, and this one is at the bottom of the list. There are homeless people going through the trash every day, one may even live here. Lots of weird activity and people coming and going around the complex. Management doesn’t respond to concerns and is hardly ever on site. The units are basic and you get what you pay for, which is very minimal, and you can hear every sound the upstairs neighbors make.

Ugh
They placed a towing sticker on my front windshield. Blocking my view to drive. I would not recommend this company or this apartment community. The property management never responds to requests, they have homeless people breaking into peoples cars, and the property management is incompetence to its finest.
