I've lived in a 2 bed 2 bath for around 8 months now. My roommate and I are very happy with the unit and location. Maintenance is pretty quick and the proximity to the bus/freeway/grocery store/Tumwater Falls/local stores and restaurants is pretty much unbeatable. The apartments are very new and the windows are huge and plentiful. Overall, spacious with lots of natural light. Only downside is residents aren't very connected to one another and there are no events put on by the PM to encourage... that. But otherwise, it's fairly safe and very central!
