I have never lived somehwere that charges for as many things as they do upon move out. Man in charge of collecting fees was so unprofessional and called me a liar even when I had proof things were paid. When you move out, you will likely lose your deposit. You will rarely get calls back when you have an issue there or need to speak to manager. Worst rental experience I’ve ever had, and all of my neighbors agreed. I can’t warn you enough. I’d rate zero stars if that were possible.

Don't rent from this Manager
Poor customer service makes you feel like you have to walk on thin ice in your home and watch everything you do on the property. She loves infractions.

impossible to reach
This place only has a management group. No one ever answers it’s just a voicemail. The persons voicemail says he only works like 4 days a week and it’s from 9-1. I can’t imagine trying to get ahold of them if you lived there and needed help. When I finally got ahold of him he was not helpful at all. I don’t think he knew a single thing about those properties.
