This place is not safe. The car break ins will happen and more than once. The hallways stink. And there is a homeless encampment across the street that is growing. Dog poop is in the grassy area. You will not be able to sleep do to constant sirens all through the nite. And if you open your windows the homeless are always burning plastic which creeps inside your living area
