I lived at the River Grove apartments before they became the Retreat apartments; in total about 7 years and loved it. I only left because I moved out of state. The river is peaceful and it's a quiet community. I struggled with fleas as some people mentioned but I have pets. I think it was worse because of the bunnies on the property but they are part of the peaceful setting and I really enjoyed them so I didn't mind putting a little extra effort in fighting the fleas.

Amanda and Jake have been... there since I moved in and both have been great when I needed something; office related or maintenance related. I firmly believe they care and want everyone to enjoy living there.
