I have lived here in this apartment complex for almost four years and I never had an issue with anything until New Wave Property Management bought it. There are no dishwashers, no dishwasher hook ups, no washer/dryer in unit, no garbage disposals, and no air conditioning. We got notice recently that we aren't even allowed to have air conditioning units in our windows. How are people supposed to stay cool? You would think that the management company would care about the well being of their... renters, but they don't care at all. There is no pool, no real amenities. There's a crappy laundry room on site, but the washers and dryers are so poorly maintained that they don't get the job done. The neighbors are loud, the kids in the area are incredibly disrespectful and rude. This is not a good apartment complex and definitely not worth what they're trying to up the rent to. If you have the money and can afford this dump, do yourself a favor and find someplace else.

this place was great to live in. noticed one of the other reviews said "lack of ammenities" but it doesn't hurt anyone to wash dishes by hand. these are older apartments but you cant beat friendly staff and a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. no complaints. thanks for everything and getting me my security dep. back quickly

Love this place!
I love love this place! The management is great! Sarah always is there to listen to any issues I have and she makes sure maintenance is taken care of on my schedule(because I don't like people in my home without me there). They have these great breakfast events where you can socialize with other tenants and get coffee and muffins. The property looks better then it has in years! Would highly recommend!

Nice Place to Live
I lived here for a short time but I would definitely rent here again if I ever come back to Spokane. Management is kind and understanding. She always makes sure maintenance is done quickly and conveniently. The maintenance really knows what hes doing and explains everything as he goes. I gave it 4 stars just because of the lack of ammenities and parking in the parking lot but thats not a big deal. Plenty of street parking. The grounds are maintained and look great. Neighbors are respectful and... quiet. And its close to everything. I could walk to walmart and get my groceries. If your looking for a kind staff and clean nice place to live then i would recommend The Grove.
