Just had a tour. The staff were very helpful and proactively answered all of my questions. It is a very nice-looking property and we'll maintained.

Family friendly
This community is a wonderful place to live. The apartments offer great features like a private patio or balcony and a washer and dryer in every unit. The inclusion of a reserved carport and a flat rate for water, sewer, and garbage are also fantastic benefits. Residents have access to excellent community amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center and a seasonal pool. The location is convenient with easy access to public transportation, and the variety of floor plans available provides... options to suit different needs. The staff is professional and dedicated, creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all residents.

Love it
I’ve lived here for 13 years. I lived in two apartments. I lived in apartment 76 for about 6 years and then I transferred to the newer section of the apartments and love it. Grounds are great. Pool is amazing Management is good. Tim and Rebecca in the office are nice. Maintenance is amazing Matthew and Nick are on top of it.

Affordable
This was one of the best values in the valley. It's an older place but nice. Utilities are inexpensive too.
