I lived her for three years between 2019-22. I moved her from the Seattle area and they were easy to work with over the phone. Upon move-in, they were ready to have me sign the lease, do a walk-through and get keys. Donna is on it when I need maintenance done. Jessica is so helpful with any question you can imagine and always transparent. All of the staff (especially Debbie) are so nice when they see me and my dog walking around the neighborhood. This was my first time living on my own and to make things more stressful I was moving to Washington from another state. I looked online at a few different apartment complexes and would make calls to figure out which would best suit my needs, Jessica and Alyssa were by far the most accommodating, making me feel more relaxed about finding a new place to live. They helped me in any way they could, and were always happy when I would call. They were very patient with me, which is a huge reason why... I chose Forest Park Court.

It is so nice living at a place where the owners and management take pride in the property. We have lived here through the 2 past owners and the current owners and management are actually doing stuff to make this place nice. Yes there has been bed bugs but they came in and took care of the entire property and all the people who live here. This place has cleaned up so much and as a resident ot makes me so happy. This was our first apartment and it was the worst experience we have had. Most of the tenants had bed bugs and gave it to us, there were a couple car break ins throughout the summer of 2018, there are drug users in the area, and management will screw you over the first chance they get. If you do choose to move in this place because of their prices, he smart and strategic with your words and moves around management.

Shiloh Hill is the closet Elementary, Walmart is the Closet Shopping. I have never had any problems with other tenants. My apartment has been fixed in a timely manner. There is an on site Play ground and pool. No washer/ dryer hook ups in the unit, but there is onsite laundry. A nice place to raise children. I have had a great experience renting here.
