My furnished, peaceful house was flipped three years ago. The new appliances upgraded during the flip include a washer, dryer, gas oven, microwave, water heater, two full split units with AC and heat, and radiant floor heating in winter. There's a full kitchen, toiletry items, a 58" TV and other aspects that make the house welcoming and fully furnished. There's plenty of storage throughout the house, especially in the kitchen. The bathroom and kitchen have new countertops that fit in beautifully with the wood floor. The new carpet in the living room and bedrooms is clean and comfortable to walk barefoot on. The L-couch is comfortable for two people to lay down on or four or five people to sit on at a time.

The house is on a corner lot with a large yard. I've built a 144 square foot patio with a patio set along with wooden planters in the yard if you're interested in gardening and two apple trees in corners of the yard. Wifi and utilities are included.
