This unit is in the best neighborhood in Spokane - Peaceful Valley. This neighborhood on the river has a very laid back feeling, but is less than a 10 minute walk to downtown, where you can find plenty of shops, parks, restaurants, cafes, breweries,... concert venues, and other fun. We are across the street from a small park and basketball and soccer courts, This unit is a mother-in-law apartment with its own entrance and completely stand alone. It is cozy, old Victorian style with stain glass windows and plenty of natural light. Surrounded by trees.

There are two bedrooms in the unit, a kitchenette and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a walk in closet with built in dresser and all the basic bedroom amenities. The second bedroom is set up as a living space with a futon, a stressless chair, and a tv. The kitchenette is equipped with an apartment-sized fridge (with freezer), a hot plate, an air fryer, a sink, a table, and a microwave. There is a front porch with rocking chairs for the upstairs unit. The washer/dryer is in our downstairs unit, and you are welcome to use it.
