Make sure you want to stay here before you apply. They took 200$ from me and will not refund this after finding an apartment closer and cheaper. When I asked the lady she was very rude and inconsiderate. Highly don’t recommend

Apartments look nice but are poor quality. Management unwilling to accommodate after kitchen and living room could not be used due to water damage. I would stay away from this place.

The management is friendly, but the quality of the construction is awful. The unit was dirty when we moved in. There are multiple spots where you can see the ugly, yellow, construction glue throughout the unit. The floorboards are not laid properly, the cabinet doors hit each other when opening them. Most of the doors in the unit were missing screws, and the solution was to put screws that didn’t match in-so it’s an eyesore. You can feel the tack strips through the (very thin ) carpet. The bar... counter was installed improperly so you can see a huge gap just walking by which is a huge eye sore. There are patches of paint that don’t match and stand out very badly because the paint is so thin. There are multiple spots where staples and screws were sticking out. And there is a small patch in the kitchen flooring that doesn’t even match the rest. The advertised “dog park” is a tiny fenced spot all the way in the back with nothing but rocks laid on the ground. The garages aren’t even fully finished! Along with so many more issues! It’s like they realized the complex was not worth the rent being charged due to awful construction and lowered the rent over the last month we’ve been here ($350!) but not to current renters. New construction was poorly done. Had lots of flaws and damage when we moved in. They didn’t clean it before hand. Dirt in and on cabinets. Microwave was dirty from use of workers. Problems with appliances. Charging us for some of their dirt and damage when they should only charge us for ours. Even have it documented but still going to charge us.
