The developer will repaint once you leave, Hang as many pictures as you’d like, don’t worry about it. And right after moving out, I was accused of wall damage and received a repair bill. Guess what the nonrefundable deposit spent on. CLEANING!! The apartment was left spotless, even the on site management... thanked us for cleaning.
