Terrible customer service skills got hung up on for no reason

Don’t ever come to management with issues they could care less. They never fix the issues but have chosen friends that are allowed to brake rules. Also the get ready for creepy residents to follow you and constant vandalism to vehicles!

Worst management I have ever worked with. Barbara and Desiree have no skills what so ever. It’s clear managerial education has never been a factor when it comes to their work. If they are in the office, ( which is rarely) they are with their loud, obnoxious and very aggressive dogs, or large amounts of children that all happen to be related to them. They are terribly rude, and would rather threaten a tenant than actually communicate.

The people there are loud and there are a few frequent... flyers when it comes to emergency services. The bugs are terrible and the complex constantly smells like weed.

All in all, you'd be better off pitching a tent then renting a place. Don't take my word for it, look at the other negative reviews. It says a lot about these folks and that complex. Read More

I’ve been here for about two years! I’ve lived in a 2bd/2ba apartment which was spacious for my roommate, her baby, myself, and my cat. And the staff was extremely helpful when I was ready to move into a 1bd by myself. Great location, haven’t had any issues with any appliances or maintenance items, great outdoor pool and indoor hot tub, and the staff has never done anything but go above and beyond for me!

I have been here a year and the apartment complex is amazing and love the location. I will be resigning another year lease. The landlord here is very sweet and always accommodating. She has fabulous staff that are always smiling and the property is always clean and maintained. I’m very happy to live here!!
