Poor Managment
Lease ran up, When asked to renew i wanted a 6 month renewal. well i all of a sudden get a 500$ fee for "month to month" when my current lease wasn't even up yet and i had said id sign a 6 month lease, they tell me no problem the fee will get waved once i sign. ok so i go down i sign the new lease and only after signing it am i then told that they wont be waving it after all Because it took me 7 days to get to the office to sign the new lease even though my current lease was still valid for this... month. thankfully i only signed a 6 month lease. i will not be renewing again.
