It is hard to get furniture in do to narrow stair case and the power bill is very high. It cost more then my my last place and there was a washer,dryer and a dishwasher this has none. But it is quite and a beautiful place and it's cheap to wash and dry only a dollar for each.The bus system thru metro sucks but they do have valley shuttle and they are amazing.
