The good:
Clean apartments
Great recreation room/gym/pool
Gas station on site
Management responds really quickly
Up the street from a NEW hospital

The bad:
Recycling is terrible
Parking is terrible(not enough spaces for everyone)
Recently having more break-ins(home, but mostly vehicle)

Apartment burglarized

My apartment was broken into on July 1st. I’m on deployment and my wife was at work all day and she came home to a ransacked apartment. This is not a safe place to live.

A true one star experience

My wife and I moved to Cascade Ridge from Seattle a year ago hoping to find a quieter life away from the city. I am sorry to say that living at Cascade Ridge made that very hard to do.
The property is poorly maintained. The trash situation is an expensive nightmare, there is dog poop everywhere, and the management is inconsistent and unresponsive. On top of all of this the management finds creative ways to burry you I tiny fees for services that are annoying and ineffective. My wife and I work...
from home and all day long have to hear the sound of leaf blowers that blow dust and leaves onto our patio and onto the walk way around our house, the management just installed ugly, bright red "firestopers"on top of our oven.

My wife and I are so happy to be moving that day can not come soon enough.

Absolute trash

This place is the single most poorly managed community I have ever encountered and seem to only exist to attempt to elicite as much money as they can from their residents. Maintenance requests are not followed through on. The apartments appear decent but are poorly maintained when you look past the facade. They're plagued by mold which management does nothing about. They will also enter your apartment seemingly every month for the most random reasons. You are forced to pay for a box for package... delivery, you are not allowed to have items delivered to your door. You are forced to pay for them to pick up your trash. You are likewise forced to pay for a carport; they won't enforce it if someone parks in your spot of course. Parking is also impossible, so bring your walking shoes because you're gonna have a hike if you're trying to find a spot on the weekend. Simply put, this place deserves a zero. I would be interested to know what those who posted positive reviews were paid to do because I don't know anyone who lives here or has lived here that thinks highly of it. Don't waste your money.

Just plain bad

Nickle and dimed for everything and now I have to pay a fee for making payments online with a checking account?? The manager is just plain awful and extremely rude. The new neighbors are ridiculous. So ready to leave. Too bad since I have been here longer than any of these fools and have always paid everything on time!!
