My experience living at this apartment building was disappointing from start to finish. The property is poorly maintained, with dirty common areas and an elevator that breaks down almost every other week. It’s not just inconvenient—it’s unsafe.
What’s worse is the management. The property manager is extremely unprofessional, often sending out threatening emails to residents instead of addressing concerns. Upon moving out, I was harassed over minor issues and never received my deposit back... properly, despite leaving the unit in good condition. This seems to be a pattern with them.
There have also been multiple instances of theft within the building, and management is fully aware but has taken no real action to protect residents or improve security.
