I have been living here just over a year and I truly enjoy this property. It’s managed incredibly well. Hannah and Sadia are always available to help when I have a question or concern, and Syd in maintenance is outstanding. The staff makes the building. It’s clean and well cared for. So glad I renewed my lease!

I’ve had a positive experience living at Canopy. The property is quiet, clean, and well maintained, and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

The maintenance team has consistently gone above and beyond whenever I’ve needed assistance. I especially appreciate that Syd always follows up to make sure I am satisfied with the work that was completed. That level of care and professionalism means a lot.

I would also like to recognize Sadia, Hannah and... David. Sadia was my first point of contact when I was considering moving here. She was patient, understanding, and always had a calm, reassuring approach that made stressful situations much easier to navigate. Hannah is always very helpful and friendly and reassuring, I appreciate her a lot. Both Sadia and David have shown an impressive level of professionalism and patience, even in difficult situations. Watching them handle challenges with courtesy and respect left a very positive impression on me.

I would first like to apologize for not remembering the name of the person who came today. He was a tall and incredibly kind gentleman, but I unfortunately didn’t catch his name.

I submitted a maintenance request last night because my blinds were broken, and I truly appreciate how quickly he came and fixed them today. Thank you so much for the prompt service. I've had a great experience living here and would definitely give it 5 stars. The apartment is new and always clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are excellent. There are two gym rooms, a yoga room, beautiful lounges, and plenty of work pods, etc.

The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and helpful. I also love that they organizes events every month—it's a nice way to meet neighbors.

It's a comfortable, well-managed place to live, and I would highly recommend it.
