If you are looking for a nice little community, this is the place for you. I’ve lived here for 13 years and love it. The townhouses have a beautiful view of the mountains and tall Cedar trees that host numerous species of birds. The units are cozy and feel like home. If you need to go into the town of Sedro Woolley you can easily walk. The units are also on the Skat transit line if you need to further into Skagit Valley.

Honestly i’ve been living here for about 2 years and have nothing really to complain about, if we encountered any issues with the apartment the property manager and maintenance are well on it and the property manager is very responsive and helpful. The environment here is very calm and neighbors are trustworthy and they also keep an eye out for your things which is hard to find that kind of community in any complex. overall i really enjoy living here and raising my little one as well

Management is very communicative and helpful. They have addressed every maintenance request as well as any issues in a timely manner. Rent is affordable, especially for a 2 bedroom, and the apartment itself is very cozy and built with nice materials and appliances. I'm planning on living here for a while!

Quiet complex. I like that it dead ends, so we don't get a lot of traffic.
Rent prices are better than elsewhere for a two bedroom, one and a half bath.
Allows pets, which is a plus.
Online payment portal is user friendly, and makes paying rent, even in increments, easy.
I have lived here 6 years, next renewal will be 7, and I've always been happy here.
The biggest thing that stood out is that the property management company did not raise my rent this last lease renewal. They could have, because... the Washington State law changed, and I know many other places severely spiked their rent on their tenants who were already living there. Only thing that increased this last time was the WSGR utility payment, which is built into the rent, and that even only went up $25.
This shows me that the property owners and management team are not just after money. Obviously profits have to be made and employees have to have an income, but I feel I am getting a better quality of life for the value here than I would be anywhere else.

I have lived here since 2020, and it has been a good, management is very responsive to your needs. When I’ve had a maintenance request, they have always responded quickly, I highly recommend Daffodil CT as a great place to call home
