All wood floors, and oil heat. Exterior of home includes many outbuildings (coops, growing areas), raised garden beds, and potential rentals of fenced pasture areas (NOT suitable for horses, cows, etc.). Restrictions will apply, regarding treehouse, wood stove and property access.
