Great place to live I have lived in this apartment bldg for almost 7 yrs. I love the location. Also the rooftop deck is fantastic with puget sound views and yhe city dkyline. It is convient for everuthing busline, city night life grocery stores and resturants. I have no plans on moving

Broken amenities for MONTHS They’re terrible. We’ve had a broken tub for months and haven’t been able to use it. Our ice machine also went a year without getting fixed. The elevator was also broken for months and months… They DON’T CARE!

Enjoy living here. I enjoy the roof top, during warm weather, I like that there are a variety of restaurants, Safeway is just a few blocks away and I can get to most places using Metro.

Smooth Move In With Some Things to Note I really like the apartment and Chris was great with getting me settled in. I wish I knew that there was a switch for the bathroom fan and that the oven was going to set the fire alarms off when first using it. Also which plug would work with the light switch in the living room. Also, on my first day, I put the new toilet paper roll on the holder from the Xfinity welcome gift and saw that it was gone and nowhere to be found after coming back later that day... . Just gave me a bad feeling because now I was out of my only toilet paper roll and that someone took it when I was out of my apartment and hoping something like that won’t happen again. Overall I like the apartment.

I am so glad I stumbled upon Zella Apartments. There are a lot of nice, newer apartment buildings in Seattle, but the helpful and patient staff was that extra draw to convert me to a resident. As someone relocating from out of state, they answered all my questions and provided more care than I couldve asked for; everyone is readily available and happy to assist. The quality and cleanliness of the building, units, and amenities are also really appreciated. The sophisticated delivery system is a... huge bonus that relieves any stress for expected packages. Storage lockers throughout the resident floors are another smart, amazing feature. I couldnt be happier living here!
