Terrible management
No wifi in several units, you never know if you will get one of them. Not fixed for over a year. No one ever comes to do anything about work orders. And I know many who live here, and all are in the same situation.

Functional accessible apartment and excellent property manager
We lived in a 1 bed 1 bath urban plus - easily accessible to all University Ave, new-ish staineless steel appliaances and washer/dryer combo great. Apartment building itself always felt safe. Probably one of the only properties to have easily accessilbe parking garage beneath (with a really good gate to close behind you). Casey, the property manager, dealt with any issues easily and swiftly. I always felt like a valued tenant when talking with him. (To save others troubles, just completely avoid... talking to Chris, leasing agent - he'll just make issues about you and act like you are the problem). Casey also accommodated our late move-out date and we had no issues when we moved out (rare that when you leave place in good condition, you actually get charged $0). Casey is an honest landlord and dude!

Good for going to UW
It’s super close to UW and on a busy but cute street. Trash in the back where the parking entrance is was always messy. Summertime rotting trash wafts up into the apartments facing the alley. Students are the primary renters and it shows in the way they treat the place. Management was great to work with and communicated well when issues came up. Super close to good bus routes. A little expensive for the size but worth it in closeness to campus, restaurants, and the link/bus.
