Do NOT move in here. Since day one, living at this property has been nothing short of a nightmare. The management team has completely changed multiple times, and the newest one is by far the worst. The current manager, Chris, never follows up on anything and routinely ignores tenant concerns.
When I first moved in, I dealt with squatters, safety issues, and noise complaints that were never taken seriously. The gym noise from multiple units is unbearable at all hours and repeatedly wakes my... young child. Every resident near the gym confirms it’s a major problem, but management refuses to address it even after countless complaints.
We were locked out of our unit without notice because they decided to replace carpets one evening, forcing me and my child to stay out of our home until nearly 11 p.m. No prior warning, no apology, nothing. That alone should’ve been a red flag.
Then came the flood, which was handled with zero professionalism or regard for health and safety. They failed to follow proper remediation standards, left insulation and materials exposed, and never confirmed the space was safe for occupancy. They didn’t even bother to replace the hallway carpets after the flood, which remain damaged to this day.
During this process, I was harassed and pressured to sign an NDA in exchange for a pitiful “settlement offer” from their restoration company, Poseidon. That kind of coercion is completely unethical and absolutely unacceptable.
The building also has ongoing safety and hygiene issues: homeless individuals frequently sleep in the lobby, alarms are pulled by residents without consequence, and maintenance issues take forever to be addressed. I’ve had heat outages (twice), an air duct leak, and birds nesting in the dryer vent — a problem they admitted has been ongoing for years.
To make things worse, management shows no regard for children’s health or tenant safety. My child has gotten sick repeatedly since returning to the apartment after the flood, and they’ve done nothing to test or remediate properly. The level of neglect is shocking.
The only positive is the maintenance staff themselves — they’re quick and polite — but their efforts can’t make up for the building’s larger management failures.
For the price, you’re not getting luxury living — just a location with decent views and endless stress. There are far better, newer buildings nearby with full-sized appliances, better amenities, and management that actually cares about their residents’ w
