This building is in a great location, with multiple bus stops within a minute walk & less than a five minute walk to the downtown Fremont area. The top two floors have balconies with partial city views and balconies. For laundry you have to go all the way to the basement/storage unit area for a coin op laundry area. There is one parking spot included with each unit, but street parking is plentiful.
