In my case, we agreed to a certain rent, but after securing my deposit, they refused to honor the agreed upon rent level but also refused to return my deposit. I've never experienced such dishonesty and lack of integrity. Worst type of bait and switch!

When I moved out, like so many others, they tried to charge me for unnecessary... cleaning and bogus repairs. Per WA state law, landlords cannot deduct for normal, everyday use of the property, including minor fading of paint or slight wear and tear. I spent hours cleaning the apartment and returned it in as good or better condition. Based on their reviews, this is clearly their standard operating procedure used against all departing tenants. When I requested documentation or photos substantiating their claims, I was met with crickets and empty gestures. This company should be investigated by the state or local authorities.

If you are an existing renter, you may want to consider deducting the security deposit from the last month's rent to avoid the arbitrary and unethical charges.

I recently moved into Stream 403. The apartments are amazing and the staff are very reliable. Sierra and Robyn have helped me with my moving process and any concerns I have quickly and efficiently. Great staff and great apartments!
