Terrible place to live, terrible management
i have lived here for two years and have had issues since i moved in. hot water goes out for days every few weeks, we are 14 days away from getting our water shut off because they are thousands of dollars behind in payments that are supposed to be included in our rent! there are cockroaches, mold, maintenance never comes, management is so disrespectful! this is consistent with all metropolitan management buildings !

poorly managed and smelly
Stephensberg Apartments are not safe, livable housing. They fail to pay utility bills on time, and tenants constantly get water and gas shut off notices from the city! They're owned by Met Management, who treats tenants rudely and ignores maintenance requests, even if they’re urgent - there was no hot water at the building for over 24 hours this week! All Met Management cares about is lining their pockets and profiting at the expense of the safety, health, and lives of tenants.

Living in the city without running water
Imagine paying your bills but having your water shut off because the management company didn't pay the city! That's the reality for tenants in Met Management buildings. If you want to live somewhere with a basic standard of living, avoid Met Management.

DO NOT RENT HERE! No hot water, neglectful landlord
The landlord, Metropolitan Management, has been utterly INCOMPETENT and NEGLECTFUL of residents! The water heater was broken for A WEEK earlier this year and again for almost a whole day last week, and then AGAIN this week for OVER 24 HOURS. They haven't done anything to fix the problem! There's been multiple water shutoff notices from Seattle Public Utilities because Met Management is behind on utility bills, even though tenants are literally paying rent and utilities to live here!
