Since this new management company took over, the building has gone downhill. The laundry room was down for weeks, one elevator is always broken and the freight elevator isn’t used, the call box constantly fails leaving us stuck outside, and the grounds aren’t taken care of. They even raised utilities saying it was a past “error,” which doesn’t line up with my experience since 2019.
The only nice part is the third-floor garden, and even that’s overgrown now. I would not recommend living here... unless major changes are made.

It’s been 2 days and good so far. Few folks at the leasing are friendly while some aren’t. Love the view of my apartment and very happy with the unit itself. The ceiling outside my unit is broken and I hope they fix it before it falls on someone

A great place to live! The amenities like the garden are fantastic. The noise from the traffic on Denny Way is a little high at times though.

Staff is very helpful including the office and maintenance people. The area is generally clean and smell free. The security at the entrance is an added bonus.
