The apartment was put together very nicely and had everything I needed. The staff made me feel very welcome and were always quick to respond. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

I’ve only been living at Sentral First Hill for two months, but I already feel at home here. Jennifer, Jessica, and Chantal have been so helpful from the very beginning, and the maintenance staff is truly outstanding—always friendly, respectful, and incredibly quick to respond (usually within 24 hours, if not sooner).

One thing I really appreciate is how well the property is maintained. While waiting for my desk delivery, I spent a week working in the beautiful coworking space downstairs, and... every morning I noticed the maintenance crew cleaning the floors, office areas, weight room, elevator, and main lobby. It showed me that Sentral truly cares about the cleanliness and overall experience of the building.

The rooftop is another highlight—I often go up there to watch the sunset. There’s always a spot to sit, and I love the fireplace and grill, especially in the summer. My packages have always been delivered safely with no issues, which gives me peace of mind.

Location is perfect—my daughter attends Seattle University, and it’s only a six-minute bike ride away. Honestly, my only regret is not finding this place sooner when I relocated from Arizona.

The team here is awesome, always on top of things. They really make living here easy and comfortable! We are staying here while interning with Amazon and am considering this as a long term home once I make my move to Seattle. Such a great place!
