Maris is everything I was looking for. Great walkable neighborhood with Whole Foods across the street, Trader Joe’s 2 blocks away and QFC. This little pocket of West Seattle is truly beautiful. The building is so very well kept. It really does feel like a luxury apartment. It’s safe with its own garage and you must fob everywhere so it’s perfect. They use a software called Butterfly so I can have full control of who I permit access to and for how long. The staff here are wonderful including... maintenance. I had to have my washer replaced and he was great at texting me updates since I was at work. There’s a package pickup, gym and rooftop deck for lounging. I love that the front office staff are so friendly and helpful. Anytime you need something, they are there to help. The apartments are clean and quiet in an excellent location. Maris is one of the few apartments in West Seattle with air conditioning and it makes summer living so great!
