I really like the apartment complex so far. The amenities are top of the line. The gym and rooftop are very nice. The location is unbeatable. It’s walking distance to so many restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and the bus stop. The apartment itself feels very luxury. The appliances are nice and new. I know I’ll be very glad to have an AC unit too. My only complaint is that sometimes you see some sketchy characters in the alley or near the building. However, the building is very secure so I’ve... never felt unsafe inside my home.

Aside from the unbearable noise the neighbors continue to make, the property itself is nice. It could benefit from a retractable awning or canopy on the roof.

staff here is consistently professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled quickly, and it’s clear the team takes their responsibilities seriously. The building is always clean, well-kept, and running smoothly thanks to reliable cleaning and maintenance crews who stay on top of everything.

The amenities are solid and maintained to a high standard, making day-to-day living convenient and comfortable. Common areas, fitness spaces, and shared...
facilities are kept in great condition, and you can count on things being taken care of without having to ask twice.

The location is another major plus—close to everything you actually need, with easy access to transit, groceries, coffee shops, and the neighborhood’s best spots. It makes getting around simple, whether you’re walking, commuting, or heading out for the day.
