Black Mold
These apartments are full of Black Mold and were a major drug house, the main thing is that they need to be torn down which is what is done with most Drug houses

Our apartment is a little odd because it is a basement that doesn't seem like it was originally intended to be an apartment. There are plenty of windows, so a decent amount of light, almost too much closet space (5 closets). The only downsides are that some of the cabinets are hard to reach and the doors aren't designed for bringing large furniture in easily. Also, the door is around the corner, so often times delivery people have a hard time finding it because it isn't in the main building.... The water can get REALLY hot here, I've never had a cold shower. Will get very cold in the winter but stays cooler in summer. Maintenance guys have been quick and courteous. Office staff was very helpful in moving us in as has continued to be pleasant.
