Landlord is accommodating and responsive. Pet friendly. Only 1 washer/dryer, but I rarely had to wait. The kitchens have a decent amount of cabinet space and there is a surprising amount of closet space as well given the size of the apts. It's a good deal for the location, and there are a few parking spots in a lot behind the building. If there isn't a spot open, it's never difficult to find nearby street parking. There's a nice courtyard and the property is well-maintained.

Gregory Gene-Great Deal
Great deal for what you're getting. Perfect location, lots of free street parking, cute shared outdoor area. Only downside is there is only one washer/dryer in the building but there is hardly ever a problem getting to use it. Great neighbors.
