Greenwood Place has been an excellent place to live. The management team is flexible and easy to work with. It’s a quiet, laid-back community where I’ve always felt comfortable and at home. The maintenance crew is also great—always friendly and quick to take care of any issues. I’ve really appreciated how well everything is run here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-managed place to live.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Monica, the property manager. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and communicative. I am able to contact her at any time, and get a prompt response back. As a tenant I appreciate her so much. She is the best property manager I’ve had!

There has been increased gun violence and loitering in the neighborhood. Seems to be a gun related incident in the neighborhood at least once a month.
Property manager is very rude and unprofessional. I honestly believe she is racist, as she offers decent service to my white neighbors but not myself or an elderly Asian man or a young black woman that resides here.

Monica and Ed are lovely. Great building and secure garage with full size appliances including washer/dryer. The building allows smoking on the balconies which is a major downside for me and a lot of people. My upstairs neighbor smokes A LOT and I'm really starting to notice it affecting my health even though I have only lived here for two weeks. It's hot out right now and my balcony is my only window that can be opened. My throat and chest are irritated from it.

building is really nice since its brand new. Management has been reallygood so far, very responsive. Very close to bus station and the bus goes straight to downtown seattle so commuting is easy.
