Gables is the perfect place to call home. The Gables Team are always helpful and Professional. Jake and his Maintenance Team attend to concerns that are addressed immediately. They attend to every detail including quarterly unit maintenance checks, and weekly vacuuming/mopping of common areas.
The Parking Garage and access points to the buildings were designed with Safety and Security in mind for the Guests, normally a huge concern for any Seattle renter in other apt buildings around the City....
The Fitness Area is state of the art and central to the 3 buildings which makes a Gym Membership unnecessary.
The Grounds and central Courtyard within the center of the 3 buildings footprints step you out of Seattle and into a Tropical quiet retreat miles outside of the City. There are rooftop indoor lounges with outdoor balcony areas which include furniture/grills to sit and enjoy the Sun and/or group functions. There are weekly and monthly activities that happen also.
The Apartments are the perfect size with ample storage. The walls are well insulated for sound, unlike other apartments. I have never heard a neighbor nor even this past summers nightlife on the Ave.
Amenities are literally on the same block or across the street. Safeway, Trader Joes, Restaurants, Ale Houses, Pilates/Yoga Studio, etc.
The monthly rent is extremely reasonable when you consider all of the positive Staff/neighbors/points/amenities listed above. This Community is absolutely 5 Star!
