Been a resident since 2021. I hear gunshots going off in the neighborhood every week, there are constantly cars parked in the lot playing loud music after quite hours (which the property doesn't enforce). Raccoons on the property drag garbage all over, several Coyote's have been spotted killing house cats and the ducks that live on the property. Management says they have security onsite but I've never seen them or felt their presence. They require a 1 year lease when you move in but after it's up they go month to month so they can raise their rent. They advertise tennis courts, pools and workout room but the facilities are old and run down (like taking a time warp to the 80's). The hallways smell like mildew and are never cleaned, lighting goes out in common areas and will take them months to replace a simple light bulb. Everything I've needed and helpful staff. I suppose there have been issues with the laundry machines but they've been fixed.

Parking is bad. It can get loud if your unit is near 15th Ave cause of constant car noise, sirens, and crazy people screaming middle of the night. The buildings are old. The landscape is well maintained. It was hard to move in/out because of the layout. It is an affordable place.

This was my first apartment and I was very pleased with the space I had in my room and living room. Throughout time I met random neighbors across this large complex and there are some really cool people here. The staff was always nice and understanding. Location is nearby the bus and a QFC is right across the street. Very good place to live especially with the crazy prices and small apartments you find nowadays.
