Slow response to Urgent maintenance We submitted an "urgent" maintenance ticket on Sunday evening. We hadn't heard anything by Monday afternoon as to it's resolution. We had to stop by leasing office after work at 4:30 to ask about it and then they said they would send someone up.

Once someone eventually came, the issue was resolved, but it took an extra day because of the delayed initial engagement.

Disappointing tour Arrived at our scheduled time for a tour. The leasing office took a walk in over us so we sat there for about 20 minutes. When we finally did get a walkthrough, the leasing agent couldn’t answer any of our questions about the building or area. Follow up email was missing the attachment. A very meh experience all around.
