Hello – We are sorry to see you’ve had these experiences. While we haven’t had any of our apartment homes broken into, we understand your frustration with the level of activity in the neighborhood. Emmons is a restricted entry building, however,... there is a bus stop right outside that adds to the perception of congestion in the area. Our team keeps close contact with city council, Belltown United, the downtown business association, the police department, etc. to keep informed of activity, and the city is working on cleaning up hot spots. One of our representatives is meeting with the city council again this evening and has invited neighboring businesses to join. We encourage reporting all issues in the neighborhood to the police. Generally, Emmons has the same issues as any other apartment building in a downtown metro area. Great apartment, Alec is amazing. We moved cross country and had everything for us the day we moved in. He even dealt with all my questions, it was amazing!

Great apartment, Alec is amazing. We moved cross country and had everything set up and ready to go for us. Clean and friendly neighbors, you can't hear anybody. Its a weird location but a great location!
