Loud hallways and upstairs tenants
If you look back at reviews from 5+ years ago, you will see that other tenant have had noise issues as well. The reviews stating that this property is quiet are lying. I've been dealing with a neighbor stomping, dropping things repeatedly, slamming cabinets, etc , for two entire years. Management does nothing about it, even after sending proof. The hallways are noisy with dogs barking and tenants having full conversations. They also do apartment renovations during the weekends. These apartments... are fine for someone 18-21, but if you're an adult, no. Can't wait to move out.

I’ve had a great experience living at Arrive NOBA for nearly 6 years. Very helpful and attentive property managers. Very easy to request maintenance requests and super fast response.
