Additionally, the neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in Seattle for afternoon walks. Just three blocks away, you’ll see beautiful views of the Sound and Olympics every day. We will really miss living here!”

The unit lets in lots of natural light being on the corner, and we loved having the large sliding door and balcony to enjoy during the warmer months. Cathia has been a lovely owner to work with, and she is very easy to communicate with. The neighbors are very friendly and it is a quiet building to live in. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful neighborhood to live next to - Blue Ridge walks have become some of our favorites!”
