Good credit history and no previous evictions or rental payment defaults. Positive response from previous landlords, (24 months). No smoking policy enforced. Pets considered if requested with owner approval and require separate rental fee and addendum.
All applicants who intend to occupy the home must submit a completed application; a new credit report check; and if accepted, will be included on the lease agreement. No previous credit reports will be accepted.
