All applicants who intend to occupy the home must submit a completed application; a new credit report check; and if accepted, will be included on the lease agreement. No previous credit reports will be accepted.
FEES: Non-refundable, $50 application fee / First Month Rent $3,800 + Security Deposit $3,800 / Credit Report paid directly by applicant. Security deposit payment terms may be requested. All Utilities except for SPU are paid directly by renter. Yard Care included in monthly rental fee.
