Welcome to the University District neighborhood (in north Seattle) and our great house which puts you just a 3-minute walk to the University of Washington campus as well as an 8-minute walk to Light Rail! The room can fit the necessities and is a great starter room, you can upgrade rooms to something larger at anytime during your lease if a bigger room opens up! (no fees or charges to do that- btw). For this room we would recommend bringing a twin bed, small desk/ dresser and then you can have a reading chair if you like. The room has brand new carpets and paint. All rooms have a private lease so you are not financially tied to any roommates, the room also have individual heat controls and locking doors for privacy. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and small appliances all provided for your convenience. For those who value connectivity, each room is wired for private internet, with cheap wireless internet available from roommates as well. A weekly cleaning service is provided for common areas, and cleaning supplies are also provided. The house currently has one paid off-street parking space available to rent and the lease typically does not require pre-paid last month's rent for most renters. Laundry is available onsite and offers the use of a digital app if you prefer. Please note that this is a no smoking, no pets, and no parties environment. Background checks are required for all residents, and private leases are available for all rooms.
