The building is not well managed, it’s dirty and unmaintained. There is a lot of package theft and other vandalism that is never addressed. The laundry machines are often broken. Homeless people often get into the building and sleep under the stairs. The street is very unsafe. I witnessed a homicide where a man was shot six times right outside this building.
All of these problems and the building managers have the audacity to increase rent. You can find much better deals, in safer areas, with... better building management.
